What Happen? Board was jumping. So have models changed again?

Just had a brief round of hail here in Atascocita.

I’ve been watching Livingston Montana on the app (have a relative there) APP has been consistently (for days) showing -28 there this am. Just checked… -28 on the dot.

Man... that cold without any snow will suck. But at least it would be cold for Xmas instead of hot day.

Since we have not had any significate Storm in the Gulf this summer, Those waters are boiling. if this gets into the Gulf, Whoever gets this storm may be dealing with a monster.

The GFS sure had this system covered! Some didn't like its modeling for it, but even covered the reformations! One other model was not good at all for it, especially for the rain forecast! Maybe some people don't like posting a forecast or opinion about it, because of the risk of being called out f...

Shear saved our butts for sure. This would have been a really bad event otherwise. Good trial run for the inevitable real deal that will eventually come some day. Size wise this could be a huge storm.

Domestically, not tropically, it is a good model ( I think I said that right)

I thought I read somewhere that the NAM is good for 3 days out before

So what is the Nam good for?

I beleive we may have dodged a Bullet here. Still have guard up but East trends dont normally trend back west too often.

This is just crazy lol, never seen this much model disagreement before Hurricane Ike models just about 48 hours prior to landfall suggested a Corpus Christi/N Parde Island landfall and evacuations started down there to only have those models shift to Galveston forcing all the State and Federal asse...

Beginning to think LA, not Texas for landfall. Really, anywhere from Corpus to the MS coast.

Wow what a differnce in 24 hours, Went from Mexico to Texas now to LA and can easly shift back in the next 24.

This Thing is sure looking healthy today.
