What does it show?
A lot of snow for SETX. It seems to start as sleet for areas SW of Houston and the immediate coast, but quickly changes to all snow. I'm not the greatest at reading the models. Maybe someone can post a totals map.

Re: January 2025

Not to mention I-10 in Beaumont and Orange for instance, is a good bit more north than say I-10 in Houston. Some of Beaumont is even north of Hwy 105. I don't know how we're supposed to use those as reference points here. I always said the same thing for I-10 in Beaumont. Now if Houston uses I-10 a...

Re: January 2025

The cold front blew through here just after midnight ; overperforming as expected. Nothing really has changed much. Snow above I-10. Mix below I-10. We’ll likely hear the I-10 marker used as a reference point quite a bit in the coming days. Just a reminder that you can’t take that literally. For ex...

It hasn't changed for Beaumont. 40% chance of snow Monday night. 50% chance for Tuesday.

Re: September 2024

Science has a long way to go. A few days ago, we had 90% chance of rain for Friday and Saturday and I believe 60% chance for Thursday. We got a lot of rain on Thursday and very little on Friday or today. Even yesterday the chances were very high today and there was barely anything on radar all day.
