Models are modifying the air too much. Hi-res models are gonna be far more accurate. Expect temps to be a good bit colder than what models are indicating right now. Wish cast alert, wish cast alert. I’m expecting highs in the 30’s and lows in the 20’s. On Christmas Eve and Christmas for HTX. Things...

GFS is dry and cold around Christmas. Lows in the low 20’s highs in the low 30’s for December 23-26. CMC shows very cold air moving in. CMC ensemble mean shows below freezing temps north of I-10 for 72 hours. Very dry however. Models aren’t locked in fully as of yet.
