I remember goose hunting in weather like this in eagle lake as a youngster. That was 45 years ago but I distinctly remember more of this type of cold back then. Good memories!

Been a long while since I last posted!! Big beautiful flakes here in Conroe (105 and 45)!

Precip has stopped here in Willis on Lake Conroe for now at least. Spent 20 minutes or so warming up and de icing the vehicles so that my better half and I can get to work this afternoon. I certainly hope all of the moisture is headed to those of you that have not gotten to see snow yet!

I finally got to till the ground on Sunday. What a short window it was though. I usually plant based on zone 3 but this year it may be a good idea to plant based on zone 2 since it has been so much cooler. What do you think??

snowing pretty good here right now.........light to moderate but still 34 degrees! It would really be sticking if it were colder!!!!!

So is that is for the moisture or is more going to form to the west and move in overnight? We have a nice dusting here and it would be cool to wake up to some white pasture! Anybody know what to expect?

It would sure help if those of you posting reports of what you're seeing or asking about the weather in "your location" would update your profiles and put your location in there. I can't remember where everyone is and "sleeting at my house" doesn't help much if we haven't a clue...
