We're going to have a hell of an icing event in Missouri City at this rate. Everything is covered in water/ice outside, even the roads (water, not ice). It's full-on raining now, not drizzling. HOW CAN THIS NOT BE AT LEAST SLEET?

Pretty significant drizzle - it's uncomfortable to look up into it. Curbs starting to freeze over. This is Sienna Plantation, near Missouri City. Seems plenty cold enough for snow... had a few flakes earlier but back to hard drizzle now.

Moderate drizzle mixed with... you guessed it.... SNOWFLAKES!!!! In East Sienna Plantation! Woohoo!!!

The dark blue colors are getting ever so lighter in Fort Bend... come on, baby! Make that snow!

Man, it looks like moisture wants to build up south of Fort Bend. Colors getting ever lighter.... come on light green, you can do it!

So I'm a little confused about all the issues in Corpus. There doesn't seem to be any real rain on the radar there... where is all this icing coming from?

I can confirm very light drizzle in Sienna Plantation. Enough to have to run the wipers - once.

What is the minimum dB for the moisture to reach the ground? Looks like we've got some 10dB right above us in Missouri City, but it's dry as dust out here...

Looks like NW of Austin is starting to light up with some good snow showers... that stuff isn't moving our way but hopefully it does bode well for the energy potential of this system!
