I don't complain about the weather often but this past week has been serious suckage...just a dead, warm, muggy and windless airmass. That front beginning of this coming week might not be much but I can't wait for it to get here to change things up!

Yep, the GFS has been showing a cold front around Thanksgiving give or take for days now. Will it be as extreme as the latest run? Who knows but confidence is growing that we won't be blow torched this Thanksgiving.

The cold front is still scheduled for this Friday/Saturday with another on around the 21st keeping day time highs in the 70's for a week give or take. I'm also seeing some mid to upper 40's for lows in some spots in Southeast Texas. Come on with it!

The GFS says fall is coming late next week and bigger front around the 23rd.

I'm liking the looks of the latest GFS run bringing a strong front through the area late next week with highs only in the lower/mid 70's for days after. I wouldn't be surprised if highs are only in the 60's for next weekend if it holds. We will see.
