Re: June 2022

Yep, west of 45 will pretty much be high and dry, which is where I am. I haven't seen a sprinkle all week. Man, just give me one good 20 minute downpour and I'm good.

Re: June 2022

So much for a wet week....isolated to scattered type showers with a few rumbles of thunder. Consider yourself lucky if you have one sit on top of you. At least the temps will be down a little.

Yep. Got a small handful of cells cooking now.

It looks like those storms will merge into a line stretching south of San Antone and up through North Texas. So far so quiet out ahead of it but that can change in 20 minutes.

Re: March 2022

Kinda coolish outside with heavy overcast and light rain which should be ongoing for the remainder of the day. I'm hoping this will help keep a lid a bit on the severe threat.

Re: February 2022

I had on thermals as my first layer. Still just couldn’t get warm. I should have worn my snow boots instead of running shows though. And yes if it were 10 degrees colder we’d be having one heck of an ice storm. DoctorMU I’m glad you made it home safely and hopefully you’ll get that walk. Yep, the c...

Re: February 2022

Like I say every year. After hunting and the holidays, you can have the cold weather. I'm still liking the looks of the GFS as we get into March!

Re: February 2022

If the GFS is to be believed, it looks like this is the last big cold snap (if you want to call it that) as a good solid warm up looks to take shape as we enter March and through the end of its run. Come on with it. Well it's about time!! And right on cue as we turn the page to March. :) I'll gladl...

Re: February 2022

Strong signs of Spring will start to appear over the next 2 weeks in Southeast Texas. I wouldn't be surprised if a few bluebonnets have already poked out. The sooner we get February behind us the better.
