Not weather related but the Astros just won 3-0 and no-hit the Yankees and they’re the only team since 1958 to no hit them and they’ve done it twice!
It was an awesome game! The Yankees come into town Thursday for 1 game and Verlander and Cole are supposed to be pitching against each other!

Fairbanks N Houston at White Oak Bayou just got 2/10 of an inch. It's amazing how the grass and plants perked up!

Re: October 2021

Quick question - what is the time frame for the front coming in? Our AC went out and I really don't want to get a hotel room for tonight. I would rather open the windows. Thank you!

Re: September 2021: TS Nicholas NW Gulf Threat

Damn, he could actually make it a cat 1... Yep and my call of Matagorda (and I meant the town, not the whole bay) will be pretty close. I need to start getting paid for this. J/K. :D On a fishing board I'm a member of, I said low Cat 1 at Sargent. I said Sargent only because we have a house in Port...

Re: September 2021

And Hurricane Carla hit in September 1961. Oh yeah, that one..LOL Imo Carla was the last real storm to hit all of our area. Alicia and Ike didn’t do much to the western half of the viewing area. Carla was a bad one. Went in at Port Lavaca and took out my cousin's barns in Vanderbilt. Homes all arou...

The 18z GEFS has a lot more support for another Gulf system originating from the SW Caribbean. It starts forming in a few days. Y'all just stop this nonsense! ;) We have a bay house on Carancahua Bay and would love to have the house stay there! Really stressed hearing Port Alto on the news about a ...

Very funny, stratton.
As a fellow Doctor, I can assure you that he's tired too. We all are tired — of these perfectly good storms being wasted on those boonies in Louisiana.
Am I missing something?
