Per Harris County Flood Control some bayous have already surpassed levels set by Tropical Storm Allison.

Getting a break from the rain in Seabrook area. Street completely under...about 6 feet up the driveways. Temperature has dropped I know 20°. Wind blew all the pine cones off the tree. Now pouring like crazy! Will no doubt have street flooding in the Space Center Blvd / Bay Area/ El Camino/ El Dorado area.
