After reading Jeff's latest update, I am wondering if we may see an Ice Storm Warning issued for Houston before all is said and done. With the possibility of sleet accumulation as well, it won't be. Officially freezing rain in Kingwood with a temp of 31. A nice glaze on exposed surfaces, cars, etc...

Radar trends paint a rather ominous picture. Elevated storms out west continue to track east and they are initializing a lot earlier than models expected. Houston metro area should watch out because some of the highest totals could be in that general area. Wherever banding sets up will be key. Goin...
