I thought what Norcross on TWC just said when describing the "west-south" motion... He said something along the lines of "something going seriously wrong with the forecast"

Looking as the visible (static and in motion), it really looks like an eye is trying to develop?????? Perhaps reforming a center south of previous??? Any thoughts???
