Well, that woke me up! Crazy lightning, wind, and rain in Cypress! 1.66" so far and still pouring.

Picked up an inch in 22 minutes here in Cypress. My weather station in the backyard briefly showed a rainfall rate of 6" per hour, but has been consistently showing 3-4" per hour. 2.39" so far today and 16.29" since Jan 1.

44 with a dewpoint of 22 here in Cypress.

Hearing a good bit of thunder up here in Cypress. Picked up 0.01" about an hour or so ago, 0.34 so far this month.
