Can anyone tell me what the spring is looking like it is going to be? For example, there was a lot of talk that this winter was to be warmer and drier than usual...however, it has been the total opposite. What can we expect from the spring? Dry? Wet?

There has been a mixture of tiny snow flakes and now a very light rain (?) falling. The ground is getting wet and starting to get icy. I am just south of Edna, Jackson County.
