Fort Bend County is still under a TS Warning, however they raised the winds...up to 75 mph sustained....95 mph gusts..

I was surprised Fort Bend wasn’t under an inland tropical storm warning when they were issued.

18z HRRR just ran...

Shows a nasty band setting up right along I-45 on Monday.

EPS is more south (like 00Z was) because it shows Beryl weaker....also the same reason why HWRF is more south.
Its going to really depend on how much land interaction Beryl has with the Yucatan and where it comes off.

12z HRRR finally caved into the other models. 2 inches of rain over downtown

We now have Invest 91L.

EURO Control run has back to back runs of future 91L making its way north toward TX/LA after the loop

EURO has a few ensemble members approaching the TX coast next weekend FWIW..

Heavy rain off toward Fort Bend and Wharton counties...hopefully it makes it toward Sugar Land...

GFS dropped heavy rainfall totals for Monday and Tuesday...keeps about 2 inches along the coast...
