18Z Tropical Guidance is coming in a tad west as well, more noticeably, the northeast turn is muted.
I'm sure the 00Z guidance will swing back east, as the center seems to be reforming more northeast.

The majority of the model runs have "something" in the west/northwest gulf. It's at least something to watch.

Possibly. +/- a day or two. There’s also a good possibility at the moment that nothing will even develop.
Around then. the CPC has already highlighted the Caribbean for a moderate chance of development.

Euro ensembles still have 2 camps, one toward mexico and one toward texas. Some pretty strong members on this run.

12z run is a mess. Double digit rainfall totals all over the area...near hurricane force gusts southwest of Houston.

Looking like the tropical wave entering the Caribbean Sea will begin to slow down later this week as it enters the NW Caribbean. The ensembles are very bullish on lowering pressure and likely genesis by Friday. We will be in the monitoring and watching mode until tropical system actually develops, ...
