I have been blessed with rain almost every single afternoon/evening since Tuesday or so. And it’s been legit rain per day. I’m at .86” today with almost 3” since Tuesday (same total for August). I’ll take it!

Wife, kids and I at our lake house in Toledo Bend (Louisiana side near Many) and it’s been lightning, thunder and torrential rains for a good hour and a half with some minor let up in between. One cell followed by another and one more.

Yea it’s looking ugly for those areas I grow up, and still Deer Hunt in tonight. Feast or famine with the rain has become a norm, unfortunately. Hope everyone stays weather aware
