Re: March 2024
Selection Sunday. Ready to digest the bubble carnage from yesterday! Bubble carnage looks like the radar right now. We just got 90 sec. of rain. https://radar.weather.gov/ridge/standard/KGRK_loop.gif?refreshed=1710606379632 A few of the cells could pack a punch, but it is hit and miss. I hope that ...

Re: March 2024
Back in Mississippi today. I'm liking the overall pattern setting up for us now heading towards April. The Euro and GFS continue to show an active subtropical jet over our area. In fact, they both show a jet streak on top of us setting up for next weekend. System on Thursday looks less impressive, ...

Re: March 2024
Thank god it rained here Friday or I would have been completely screwed. Geez. Sure as heck missed this one today… Up in the NW territories I'm calling this a nearly complete bust. I thought for sure that storms and the rain would wake my daughter and I. Enough to continue greening. I'm hoping for ...

Re: March 2024
It fizzled over us. Only 0.14 inches IMFY and 0.19 inches at the airport. At least it's cloudy, cool, and the sun angle is low.

The trof is moving at quite a pace. Fingers crossed. The rain will be short, but hopefully heavy tonight. .

Re: March 2024
I’m not sure why models and Mets are having so much trouble pegging down timing and rain/no rain lately. It seems that either the whole event is a bust or the timing is way off. I know it’s not an exact science, but it just seems more off than normal the past couple years. It’s probably just me in ...

Re: March 2024
It feels like swamp *** in Weimar at the moment. Atmosphere feels unstable. Late afternoon into overnight could get frisky. You're just west enough to seem some isolated cells. The temps and moisture on on the rise. We're screwed by a large patch of dry air working up the coast. There's a UL trough...

Re: March 2024
The mesos have really struggled with the location of yesterday and today's rain. RGEM looks like potentially the most accurate for today. Keep an eye out for later this afternoon/evening after this initial blob passes to the south. Absolutely nothing. The next 6 hours look bleak. Maybe tonight. We ...

Re: March 2024
Wow at some of those pictures and radar. The front location outperformed the models and broke through the cap resulting in violent storms along a line in the Houston area. It looks like more incoming for you all. Our rainfall still stands at 0.00 inches. https://radar.weather.gov/ridge/standard/KGRK...

Re: March 2024
An outflow came through here from the north. Temp dropped to 76. Hope it doesn’t jack things up for me. The good and bad news up here. I don't see any severe weather in CLL for the next 12 hours. But no rain either. At least it isn't hot! My wife - why doesn't it just rain already?! https://y...

I watered yesterday. Usually, that has reverse mojo.
It's sunny and things are greening up 2 weeks early.
