A beautiful Christmas eve evening out! temp at 54 now and dropping..noticing that the wind is veering more south and east. dewpoints now at 38 should start to rise.

Front coming through Huntsville!...wind shift at the airport KUTS north of town and here south of town...starting to rain little more. Temp at 66 at my place and falling...wind gusts so far KUTS at 28. I just had one at 32 out of the north!

didn't the euro had that a couple of days ago...before that the gfs last sunday nite sitting off the upper tx coast...hmmm, might be some validity to the gfs sniffing out long range loosing it in the mid and picking back in the short...time will tell...

both 1983 and 1989 had tropical action for the upper coast...alicia '83...allison in june,chantal in aug and jerry in oct.

rainfall total at my place since wednesday afternoon 3.20 inches with 2.10 inches coming today. overall 3.21 inches for the month! keep it coming! :mrgreen:
