Hard to tell with only 13 votes. I believe it is a good idea to have local weather posted so it is easily accessed. We are, after all a network TV station weather forum. Search for open shelters by texting: SHELTER + a zip code to 43362 (4FEMA). Example : Shelter 01234 (std rates apply)

Surge has already started. the sea wall on the boardwalk in OC is already being "reached by waves and it is not even high tide". according to Lee At Malibu's. The OC sea wall will be overcome by the high tides for 2 or 3 days.
