If you have friends or family in the Baytown area Shelters just opened Celebration of Life Church Cedar Bayou Baptist on Alexander Memorial Baptist Mercygate on Eagle Drive. People are standing on 146 waiting for help to get to shelter. problem is getting these folks to shelter - roads are flooded....

I got power back after 6 hours being out! my house is on blocks but i have an entryway with several steps - had 4 inches water in that entry way

Getting a little concerned with the potential of the Euro forecast happening. Has had basically the same solution for four runs now . What th the Euro projection right now? Meanders generally in the same area where Harvey is now for 24 hours then meanders back to near Rockport ...back to the Coasta...

its a possiblity. But until the system is out of harms way the forecast could verify. Forecasting any kind of weather is not an exact science. It is a guess.
