I'm seeing rainfall reports across Harris County ranging from a bit under an inch over the past 2 days to near 4.5 inches. I've measured about 1.5 inches since last Friday in SW Houston (Westbury - just south of Brays Bayou near Hillcroft). More rain coming the rest of this week.

Cold and rainy here on S. Padre Island this afternoon. About 68 degrees, windy, and raining as of 3pm.

Overnight ECMWF is even warmer - lows in the low 70s and highs in the mid 80s.

Today's 12Z Euro is 25 degrees warmer for S. Padre next Wed, up into the low 80s vs. a high in the upper 50s in the 00Z run. I like that a lot better.

I definitely don't like the Euro's forecast of a low in the upper 40s next Wednesday and a high in the upper 50s. Not good beach weather at all!
