I’m thinking as we progress later into spring, we’ll have a better chance at these systems moving further south.

If you live south of 59 and I-10, decent chance you might not get anything.

I think it’s a 6 hour difference for zulu time. Someone correct me if I’m wrong. Zulu time can be confusing.

The 12z HRRR is running now. The 6z looked less threatening for folks south of I-10.

The SPC already has a day 7 risk for the Texas panhandle. So it looks like an active severe weather season could be setting up.

I wonder if this is gonna shift any further south as spring progresses. You will get your wish tomorrow from look of the HRRR. Pretty meh rain totals though. Gives me about half an inch to one inch. I can’t even tell you the last time I saw winds at my place over 50mph or hail bigger than a marble. Been several years. We’ve been lucky.

I’m tired of seeing so many people say “oh they say it’s gonna be busy every year”. That narrative is lazy garbage and people need to educate themselves before they comment on something. Drives me crazy!
