At Rockport. The blue shed and random structures survived the first hit.
Then Harvey overstayed its welcome by days and days and days.
Even in CS we had 21 inches over rain. 2-3X that in some HOU area locations. It is still Unbelievable.

I’m afraid some day it will happen again, and with the continuous development across the Katy Prairie stretching from Fulshear to Hempstead - all that concrete is fueling a disaster. It will be even worse, some day. It’s a matter of when, not if.
