Thanks - that a good resource, focused toward solutions and mitigation. We can't let happen to the TX coast what has happened to the disappearing Louisiana coast and wetlands. A good bit of that are the canals dug in the Mississippi delta, but that is interacting with climate change, further removing barriers against tropical system flooding of the NOLA metro area.
