Looks like the warning for Montgomery was cancelled. It didn’t really look like a tornado signature to me. More like straight line winds but with the trajectory towards the radar beam you get the red and green line on doppler. Transitory. It’s just wind.
Areas out ahead of the front look to have genuine signatures though.

A pretty normal signature for quick spin ups along the leading edge of a squall line; they’re rarely “picturesque”. Haha. The signature in central Harris County earlier was a bit more pronounced.
we got tornados all over the place around here...even at bmt airport where im flying out of today.
There was a funnel cloud near Grand Oaks HS with one of those spinups.
Been hammered since 8am in Beaumont. Possible tornadoes and warnings all over the place. The lightening had been intense. Beaumont Port Arthur and especially Orange take cover now. This isn’t even the main event. 4” of rain so far and news channels are broadcasting urging folks to take cover. Many roads are impassable do to flooding. Stay safe SETX.

Kingwood36 I have to agree with you their! Cold weather is the best!
Tons of debris all over the place. Tornadoes galore from Beaumont to Orange. Power is out all over the place and sirens still going off. Media urging everyone to stay off the roads because of debris and downed trees. Thankfully worst has now passed and should be lingering light to moderate. Man! Scary 2 hrs that I don’t ever wanna have again. Stay safe SETX.

1.4” of rain and winds gusting 35-40MPH at the house from this mornings squall line. Ready for the sunny tropical storm 40MPH gusts tomorrow and looking forward to the canyon effect in downtown Houston tomorrow with my 7 block walk to the office. More amazing Chamber of Commerce weather on the way for the weekend. I feel for you djmike which had several tornadoes in your area today.
Tomorrows going to be pretty windy may even be some isolated power outages for some.Secure any light yard furniture and Halloween decorations just in case.Expect tropical storm force wind gusts for several hours.Winds could gust as high as 50mph.

The damage from the tornado in Orange and Deweyville was much worse than I originally thought. Here's a damage video.
