The lightning show continues - so close - will be interesting to see if it makes it....

Got a major tease with .02” last night with quite the lightning show. NWS has inserted 40% for this afternoon so maybe there will be another round for us….with actual rain here.

A 20% chance of showers down here in NW Galveston County. Radar current shows some showers in Brazoria and Galveston Counties currently. Fingers crossed.

Well I can tell you one thing, there’s plenty of heat and humidity out there for storms to work with.

This morning weather app showed 0%.

Then it jumped to 50%. Now it shows 80%.

Radar looking good too 👍🏻

Luckily I got a mow in Thursday.. I’m at .8” in the last 20 min and still coming down at a 3.8” per hour rate according to my weather station. I’ll take it!

Hope yall enjoyed the rain today( whoever got it) because its not looking great for rain in the models in the medium rangw
