100+ degrees every single day this week.
Probably not my area. It’ll probably top out around 98-99°F. I’m usually a couple degrees cooler. The highest it’s been so far here this summer was 97°F.

This week will suck. Relief beyond that?

Getting back to normal summer weather is probably the most reasonable hope.

Its amazing how much weather had an influence in shaping these caverns

I went to Carlsbad Caverns once before in the mountains of SE NM. Those were pretty dope!

GFS, Euro, CMC, Ensembles are still buying into a dissipation of the Death Ridge in early July.

DR could re-establish itself in mid-July, but it looks elongated and south of us, which would mean easterlies and potential for occasional rain.

Most of the QPF is July 5-12 on GEPS Ensemble, but I'd take it!
