This could off topic or not since there is some weather related stuff here. I went to a party earlier tonight. It was a gala and it was full of beautiful people. :D  Got to see many friends and meet new people. The venue was great with good scenery. 8-)

Since hurricane season is going, my friends wanted to know how the tropics are acting. We have TD6, which will likely be Danielle and I think it could be a major hurricane. Thankfully, it should be a fish storm for the time being.

Many of my friends saw District 9. Anyone who as not seen it, should see the movie. It is a great movie.

Unfortunately, we are heading to a period of unfortunate anniversaries, Hurricane Katrina and 9/11. 9/11 profoundly impacted me and I really miss the World Trade Center. Such a sad and tragic day. I remember the images of the buildings on fire and crashing down with people still inside. :(

Overall, I had a great time. :D

I'm having mad cases of déjà vu here...

Seriously... If partying brings about constant reimagining of 9/11 and "District 9", I'd stop partying.

This is seriously a little bit disturbing that you continue to bring this stuff up... I'm not trying to be mean, but it just gives me a strange feeling each time you do this. If you still have some really deep, physiological emotions from 9/11 that just won't leave your mind, I'd advise seeking possible counseling. It's been almost 9 years, man. This kind of depressing emotions shouldn't always be on your mind.

I have no idea what is up with your District 9 fetish, though... I agree, though, that it is indeed an amazing movie.
