Massive flooding in South Korea including Seoul. Seoul is flooded badly. The image remind me of Houston getting flooded from Allison. Korea is no stranger to extreme weather. Their summers are hot, humid, and wet, just like Houston summers. Korea has their monsoon season. Their winters are brutally cold and snowy. Korea is surrounded by water and has a mountainous terrain that allows heavier rain to fall.
