The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Northwestern Cameron Parish in southwestern Louisiana...
Southwestern Calcasieu Parish in southwestern Louisiana...
Eastern Orange County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 1115 PM CDT.

* At 1024 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles west of
Sabine National Wildlife, moving north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Port Arthur, Orange, Bridge City, West Orange and Vinton.

* Until 1045 PM CDT.

* At 1011 PM CDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorms was located over
San Jacinto State Park, or near La Porte, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Just a light to moderate rain since it all started here in central Montgomery County which is coming to an end. Might have gotten a 1/4".

2.5" in Kingwood. Heavy but not torrential. The hail stayed south of us. Unless they build back toward the NW, I think the worst is over for us.
