pow ponder says winter precip chances are increasing, but correct me if I'm wrong. He lives around Dallas and is talking about Dallas chances not southeast texas?

Oh I know I’ve been looking at it the last few days and it’ll show up and then poof gone only to show up again. Feels like the geico commercial. “You gotta be quicker than that!”
