Training continues back to Victoria. Low level jet inflow off the Gulf has maintained thunderstorms four more than 5 hours across portions of SE Texas and Metro Houston.

Getting heavy rainfall again in NW Harris County. Gusty winds as well.

Very torrential rainfall rates again in NW Harris County.

Frank Billingsley on ABC is basically saying the line has nowhere to go. It's being fed by the southerly flow off the Gulf and held in place by that flow. It's essentially acting as a tropical storm for purposes of a rain engine being fed from the Gulf. He thinks it will rain for at least a few more hours.

Brays Bayou approaching bank full.

Southern edge really starting to build back in and stalling.

White Oak Bayou continues to rise. May threaten Heights bridge. White Oak Bayou could begin flooding I-45N shortly.
