Houston Chapter AMS Meeting April 30, 2012/League City

Our April meeting will be held on Monday, April 30th at Marina's Mexican Restaurant, 3500 West Main Street in League City. We are fortunate to have Dr. Steve Lyons as our speaker this month. Dr. Lyons is the Meteorologist in Charge at the NWS office in San Angelo, but many of you may be familiar with him from his days at The Weather Channel. Dinner will be at 6pm with the meeting to follow at 7pm. We have a room minimum food/beverage cost to meet and will need a head count so please RSVP to Lance Wood (lance.wood@noaa.gov) by Thursday, April 26th if you will be attending the dinner/meeting.
For those that are not members, the annual dues are only $15.00 and it is worth joining our local chapter.
