Remove "Al" named Storms

Would it be possible to request retiring names from the Storm List? Think about it. We've been hit four times already.
#1. Hurricane Allen (1980's) - 28" rain in Alvin. #2. Hurricane Alicia - Bad news. #3. TS Allison - 10-15" Rain in Houston. #4. Hurricane Alex. Need I say more?? These have been pretty tough for the first storms of the season.
