I'm live-streaming Fox 8 WVUE and David Bernard (with Zach Fradella) just gave an extensive walkthrough. Most of the hurricane conditions have moved to the northwest of the city now. They just showed probabilities for hurricane force winds in the next 24 hours and Hammond was 100%, Baton Rouge 58%, and New Orleans was down to 0%. Tropical Storm force probabilities were still at 100% however.
