The Models are consistent for very cold air to come here in Early January, but the timing is not 100% consistent.

Kingwood36 I would take NOAA’s monthly forecasts with a gigantic grain of salt, they have been wrong many times with these outlooks, it is near in possible to forecast the weather for January and beyond, this is laughable at best

CPV17 oh yeah 16 days out it's happening, better go get my supplies probably gonna be gone on the morning 06 z run, but in all fairness the GFS did pick up on the februrary winter storm 10+ days out

12z GFS is trending south with the Cold, the feature over Kansas is the one I need to keep an eye on, if it only trends south . . .
