Weather app now shows 32
NWS holding at 33
I’m still holding at 31.6 for tonight. I’ll cover a few things just in case and because of that it will be 33 😂

It’s been crazy windy down here all day. Especially this morning.

Next Wednesday should prompt a wind advisory across the area. Should see some gusts over 50mph.

It’s 39. Weather app is up to 33 now, probably b/c of the wind. Everything is either covered or inside now so I could care less. Tomorrow starts phase 2 of yardwork and clearing out the last of the dead.

Yeah, I wish I could flip back to NC about now. It's hot and humid there from about June 15 - August 25. That May 10 - Sept 25 stretch in CLL is brutal. And the last few years we're seeing 70°F dewpoints in Nov., December, even January. Ridiculous.

A full week about 80°F and pretty humid in February? Not a good harbinger of things to come.

What harbinger would that be, DoctorMu, the initiation of severe thunderstorms or much more Winter like weather?

Thundersleet kind of a toss up to be honest, we just had a SSWE occur in the arctic a few days ago , impacts to the us and texas are really hard to predict with these events as each SSWE is different and not always effects the US , but potentially much colder down the road, though we are approaching march, it will take a while to show up in the models as well, also will be very dependent on what the NAO, AO and PNA do over the next 6-8 weeks

Well, that is nothing compared to being at the heart of the SE Ridge with 90s as far north as North Carolina!

People can deny it all they want, but we only have two seasons down here. Falntersprummer and Inferno. And the first one is just about done.

What a depressing forecast for the next couple weeks. I mean at least if we were getting some rain but no we aren’t even gonna get that.
