Cpv17 agreed, but this is such a welcome change, even hells inferno cant last forever in texas
I’m hoping for some nice weather next week for the Bama game. I was really hoping it was gonna be a night game but I think that loss to Miami screwed that up.Stratton20 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 29, 2023 8:48 pm Cpv17 agreed, but this is such a welcome change, even hells inferno cant last forever in texas
That would be incredibly welcome. Hell, I would just take NORMAL weather!

GFS has rain and highs in the upper 60’s to low 70’s for friday and saturday, CMC still an outlier in terms of a “colder” solution, BAMA game could be in jeopardy next week as models show overrunning precipitation lasting through saturday and sunday after the FROPA
Man, this El Nino pattern is really refreshing outside.
I can guarantee it will start to rain as soon as we break ground on our barndominium in Colorado County in the next couple of months. I really don't care as long as we get substantial rain to erase the current deficit. Bring it!

El Nino’s do bring in cooler weather for two reasons…
We typically get NW flow with the positive PNA, and typically lots of overrunning precip.
Only super strong Ninos are detrimental to below average weather, and that’s not this one.
And right now, the background State is one of a neutral or very weak Nino state. This coming flip in the pattern should spur it along to a more moderate to strong one.

We are right on 90 A. Rock Island. https://www.wildwingpreservetx.com/ We've got to get out of socialist Houston. It is lost.
Hwy 16 north or south of Kerrville. It's cooler and drier.
Hell, if it's not going to rain anyway between May and October, it might as well feel better.
Alamance Co, NC or if I could find an affordable area on the eastern sloper of the Colorado Rockies.

The traffic is horrible. Almost no zoning, so there's little curb appeal.

And the elected officials down to the council members and county judges are idiots. Calling them circus clowns would be offensive to the clowns.
Now back to weather. This week will be fun!
