Definitely weak up here. That was a lame excuse for a “squall line.”

It was potent up in CLL. 1.79 inches of rain. The most in a day since April or May 2023?

I'm looking forward to a cool, extended period starting on Christmas Day! We may see 2 freezes this week.

Same here. We never really had anything remotely close to heavy.

I got about 1" of rain here, I'll take it... System was a minor bust, with the coverage of heavy rain not as widespread as what models were showing. Good for those in the golden triangle as they needed the rain more than me here in Houston. Where technically I'm not in a drought anymore.

The rainfall we've seen over the last few months has been slowly chipping away at the drought.(Especially along the I-45 corridor.)

I made the drive during the rain from League City to Abbeville, LA today and the amount of rain I drove through in South Louisiana was copious. Thank God for them down here. They needed it.

Merry Christmas, everyone.

Merry Christmas! There's a chill in the air, with 2-3 freezes possible. We just need to order an ULL to liven up the festivities.

Sunny and cool for the week as progged this morning. Works for me!

I ended up with 1.59” from two different events this past week. I got half an inch Wednesday night and 1.09” Saturday night into yesterday morning. I was expecting more but I’m glad we ended up getting at least an inch because the past few systems have only been giving me a quarter inch or less. This was the biggest rain for me in about two months.
