Server Issues

Our server hosting company has detected an issue that will require the hard drive to be replaced. Our site may be down from time to time as the issue is resovled. Our hosting company is aware that our forum has been down some this morning and a ticket was generated and has been reviewed already. Sorry for any troubles folks, but we should be totally fixed today...
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that the transfer from the damaged hard drive is in progress. Our team has been focused on completing the transfer in the fastest and most effective way and so far, it is going faster than expected. Currently, we cannot provide any ETA for the completion of the process, but we expect that it will not take more than a couple of hours.
Please mind that once the transfer has finished and all data is synchronized, there will be a short downtime of the server. We will have to switch off the server to remove the damaged hard drive and replace it with the new one. Then, we will restart the server so that the new hard drive will boot the Linux OS and take over the hosting of your website. We expect that the server will be down for approximately 10 minutes.
We would like to apologize for any hassle and inconvenience this may have caused and once again thank you for your support and cooperation!
