South Korea chaos after 'heaviest' snowfall

It is not just America getting hit by this cold. Also, South Korea is feeling it. Eastern part of South Korea got hit by massive snow, up to 31.5 inches of snow fell. South Korea is no stranger to extreme weather, like snow and typhoon. Korean winters are brutally cold and legendary.
