Wednesday afternoon weather briefing from Jeff: An upper level storm system will move across the area tonight and Thursday resulting in cold and wet conditions. Re: September 2019 - Gulf Mess Rain Chances. Work Week Heavy Rainfall Threat

Visible Meso Imagery focused over the NW Gulf is beginning to suggest a bit of spin and possibly a weak surface low developing offshore of The Upper Texas/SW Louisiana Coast. https://www.tropicaltidbits.com/sat/satlooper.php?region=custom&product=vis Do you think NHC will investigate this area ...

Re: September 2019 - Gulf Mess Rain Chances. Work Week Heavy Rainfall Threat

The NW gulf region certainly looks very active. I wonder if it will have enough time over water to make TD status. I am definitely looking forward to some beneficial rain! I just hope it is nothing serious.

Re: July 2019: Watching The Gulf/INVEST 92L

12z Nam 12km keeps the system along the coast west towards Texas. Not really much development from it. It doesn't dig the system far enough south. 3km Nam is much different though. Curious to see if the 12z GFS strengthens the system some based on all the activity in the Gulf.

Re: January 2017 - Arctic Cold Front/Hard Freeze Likely

I may be crazy but my fellow coworkers and myself saw tiny snow flurries here in the Westchase area. It only lasted for maybe a minute but you could tell it was certainly not rain. Maybe sleet? It looked more like little flurries to me though. Anyone else see anything like this?
