If she moves in around corpus that obviously puts us on the dirty side of a TS or a cat 1 Hurricane..what impacts would we see here

In that situation, dirty side of a recurving storm, lots of rain, spin up tornadoes.

Yes it makes landfall in Corpus then it turns due north and then nne.

The 12z ICON had a landfall around Seadrift or Port O’Connor as a cat 3 or 4, and then goes right through Wharton County and goes NNE from there. It puts basically all of SETX on the dirty side of the storm. Would be a huge problem for us.

It rides the coast from Port Isabel and then goes into San Antonio Bay around Seadrift/Port O’Connor.
