Gumbo Weather?

Ok we all know rainy cool cloudy days are Gumbo weather right. My question is when can we eat Gumbo now no rain or clouds...just not the same, no chili either man I am depressed...

So you could close the blinds/curtains drop the a/c down to 50 and pretend!
