70s & 80s are expected across Oklahoma next week, I thought that Summer was over, but I'm guessing it's going to have one last stand before it finally gives out.

looking like a long, warm, boring winter season. shorts and t shirts will be the outfit of choice this season.

Don't take it for granted though, the same mindset was also in place last winter, & then February 2021 came . . .

Am I crazy or have we actually had decent fall weather this year? We live in Southeast Texas, we’re gonna have warm days in fall and winter.

I’ve noticed many times on the models that they originally have the cold going east of us only to correct back west as it gets closer.Stratton20 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 14, 2021 1:42 pm CPV17 well its about 10 days out on the Euro with the cold so their definitely will be a lot of time for this to change

CPV17 exactly! This will likely change, trying to forecast where arctic air will go 10 days out is next to impossible lol, fingers crossed it comes back west

Doesn't the models loose the cold air because it's dense? Or shallow..or whatever lol

The 18z GFS has shifted the arctic air back to the west alibeit 11 days out, as I continue to say, expect changes in each model run day by day
